Installation Services
 Livingston & Haven has the ability to provide you with a system to increase your efficiency or a component to get your machine up and running again, but we don’t stop there. Our installation group can also install and custom-plumb these items into your facility. Our installation technicians, working together with your electricians and maintenance personnel, can seamlessly integrate new systems or parts with your existing equipment.

Mobile Capability

Our service vehicles are equipped so that we can perform multiple
tasks while on-site, therefore minimizing your down time and travel expenses.
Some of the tasks that can be performed from our mobile vehicles are:
Pipe Fabrication
(cutting, fitting, welding, and pressure testing)
- ¼" – 12", any schedule
- Threaded, butt-weld, socket-weld
- Carbon or stainless steel
- Imperial or metric
- ANSI, NPT, and SAE flanged connections
- Welding to ASME (Article V & IX and 31.3B) and AWS (D1.1) standards
Tube Assembly Fabrication
- ¼" – 2" any wall thickness
- Flared, bite type, welded, or brazed ends
- Multiple clamping and support options
- Inch or Metric sizes
Hose Assembly Fabrication
(using all standard fittings)
- Pneumatic and hydraulic hoses to 2" @ 5000 psi
- JIC 37 and 45 degree flare, Parker Seal-Lok o-ring face seal, SAE o-ring boss, NPT, bite type, and others
