The Hydraulic System Design class is beneficial for plant personnel tasked with hydraulic system improvement or with development of design concepts for new hydraulic applications. Participants will learn how to properly evaluate the load to be moved and controlled and how to choose suitable hydraulic valves. After completion of the course, participants will have the ability to select the appropriate hydraulic components that will produce efficient hydraulic circuits and properly control the machine or process.

Prerequisite: PIH & UPS or consent of the instructor.
