Reliability and Simplicity By Design

As you begin to understand the operation of the CDA/System l, you'll gain appreciation that this product is much more than a box full of isolated components. It is a  carefully thought-out, fully integrated system designed specifically for the purest air applications.

From the outset, we knew the product must be very reliable, which meant an absolute minimum of moving parts. The only parts that move in this system are the three solenoid valves. One solenoid controls the absorption dryer. Another, insures positive draining of oil removed by the coalescing filter. The third solenoid valve closes off the inlet air supply when the system is turned-off at the end of the day.

In addition to being reliable the product also had to be simple to maintain. Scheduled maintenance over the first five (5) years of operation only consists of periodic replacement of three filter elements. That is it. And these replacements can be done very easily and quickly ...by design.
